Stolen Sleeves Collective!

Ok, so there's this place in Brooklyn called The Stolen Sleeves Collective. It's in the Williamsburg part of Brooklyn. They host small concerts for more underground bands and there's one on the 27th of December for the following bands:

The Effort - [link]
The Helm - [link]
Oak and Bone - [link]
Black Kites - [link]

The mission of SSC is to bring people together for concerts in a safe environment. They don't allow alcohol and you can be any age to get in. It usually only costs $5 to $15 to get in (depending on who is playing that night).

Come check it out if you're in or close to NYC!

Hmm ... pooossibly a wideangel lens. Or perhaps a macro lens. Which one would you go for? Other than that I'm not really sure yet. ;O

Well, I have a macro lens and I'm in LOVE with it.

Although, you might get more use out of a wideangle lens?
That's a tough decision!

Heya! Yeah well, DA is neater than the facebook anyway right? :) Well, I went out for a beer with a buddy, and one beer turned to many beers. I ended up on an afterparty with some people from my student union, it was alot of fun! Not so fun the next day though :( I woke to the inside of my mouth being a desert and my head being a rollercoaster. Well anyway, how was your weekend?

Oh, well the first part kinda sounds fun... :D

My weekend has been pretty eventful. It was Halloween here yesterday so I celebrated with some friends, we got dressed up and went around looking like retards, but there were tons of other people dressed as weird shit too...haha.

Yeah they've started celebrating halloween here as well. I think it's a bit stupid, seeing how we don't have any tradition for that and no one has any idea what it's about, how it's done or what they're actually doing :p glad you had a neat weekend though!
